Radon testing is performed at the time of inspection when a radon contingency is included in the purchase offer. If a radon contingency is not included in the offer radon testing can be scheduled and completed within 90 days of closing. The same package price applies either way.
The Confident and Peace of Mind packages are available for single family homes and condos up to 2,500 square feet. For homes above 2,500 square feet all services are priced individually. Please contact us for a custom quote.
